Like many people, while in my thirties I was always on a quest to lose 5-10 pounds. I wasn’t an athlete, I had no idea what I was doing in the gym or in the kitchen. This is when I sought the help of a personal trainer.
Once I began to learn what to do, I wanted to know more. I wanted to learn about how the body works. The importance that the role of nutrition plays. This thirst for knowledge led me to become a trainer. I
want to be able to help others with the knowledge I have and that I am still gaining.
When my 40th birthday was approaching, I decided to take my fitness to the next level by competing in an NPC Physique/Bodybuilding competition in the bikini division. My goal was to be in the best shape of my life on my 40th birthday!
Not only did I achieve that goal, I am still pushing to better myself. To keep challenging myself to the next level.
