Strength training in general, and even more so today, functional strength training, has become one of the most popular, and best forms of training. In my opinion, it is the most important part of a whole-body plan for a stronger and more balanced physique, both functionally and aesthetically.

Hitting this blind can be a recipe for disaster, so by having a proven formula and a plan of action you have won half the battle. Reading this now, you know as well as I do that having this program guide and following the formula enclosed isn’t going to get you there overnight. But, it will show you what works and what doesn’t and over time, if followed, will transform your body into a muscle building machine.

How The Program Works

Workouts are scheduled three times each week (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Workouts are released once per week, allowing you access to 9 new workouts to choose from every single week. There are three programs to choose from. You will have access to all 9 workouts each week, every week. The cost of the program is $20 per month.

The majority of the workouts combine body-weight strength and power workouts, cardio cross-training, intervals and high-intensity workouts to help you shed unwanted body weight, trim excess body fat, all while getting in the best shape possible.

  • Workout as well a body stat tracking and charting to help you easily see your progress

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly review of your resistance training program and progress-each day, week, and month we’ll review your workouts and make adjustments as needed

What You Can Expect

Based on the information you provide in your intake form and through our communications, together, we will create an online strength program customized to you, that:

  • Is built around your schedule

  • Focuses on the type of exercises appropriate for your goals and interests

  • Follows the principles of exercise programming such as specificity, periodization, progression, variety, etc.

Functional Strength & Performance is built according to your skill level, among other factors. Why is this important? This helps to determine:

  • Frequency of training (number of sessions per week)

  • Length of sessions (time spent during a single session)

  • Time between sessions (number of rest days between workouts)

  • Total rest days per week

  • Type of exercises included

  • Volume (exercises x sets x reps)

  • Rest intervals (how long you rest between sets/exercise)

  • And More!!
Whats Next?
  • Once you have completed the New Member Registration Form, you will receive a Payment Invitation with instructions on how to complete your purchase.

  • If you have signed up anytime during a particular week, you will receive all of that week’s workouts. New members who sign-up on the weekend will receive workouts beginning the following Monday.
